In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkrspi", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the pkrspi platform, operating under an international gaming license, and responsible for the website accessible at pkrspi.net.
• "Platform" means the pkrspi website, including all gaming products, sports betting services, account management tools, payment facilities, and any other services available at pkrspi.net.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with pkrspi or accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the individual account registered by a Player on the pkrspi Platform, maintained in PKR (Pakistani Rupee).
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the account currency of the pkrspi Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player via a permitted payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple by which Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification procedures required by pkrspi's licensing framework and responsible gaming obligations.

By accessing, registering on, or using the pkrspi Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of your account registration or, if you access the Platform without registering, from the date of first access.

pkrspi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkrspi will provide notice to registered Players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the pkrspi Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to individual promotions, bonus offers, or game products available on the Platform. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

To register and use the pkrspi Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkrspi strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification will be required as part of the KYC process, and accounts where the Player cannot confirm their age will be suspended pending verification.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of a business, organisation, or third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or where pkrspi's services are restricted.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of pkrspi or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such individual, without prior written approval from pkrspi's compliance team.
• You have not previously had an account with pkrspi that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not under self-exclusion from the pkrspi Platform or from any associated gaming network.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the pkrspi Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You undertake to notify pkrspi promptly of any changes to the information provided at registration.

Account Currency

All pkrspi accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via permitted payment methods — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 — will be credited to your account balance in PKR. No currency conversion charges are applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals made through supported Pakistani payment channels.

Account Verification (KYC)

pkrspi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by pkrspi may result in suspension of account access and/or the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete. KYC documentation may include government-issued photographic identification (CNIC, passport, or national identity card), proof of residential address, and evidence of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkrspi account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

pkrspi will never contact you to request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from pkrspi, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to our support team.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pkrspi immediately via the live chat facility or email at [email protected]. pkrspi accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

pkrspi employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data transmitted between Players and our servers. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all Players and is strongly recommended, particularly for accounts with significant balances.

Deposits

Deposits to your pkrspi account may be made via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform. Supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

pkrspi does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed, and any associated winnings may be voided.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the cashier section of your pkrspi account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met in full before the Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• pkrspi reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same session. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

pkrspi offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. pkrspi reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer is explicitly described as recurring.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement and contributing game percentages are stated in each offer's specific terms.
• pkrspi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, where technically justified or required by regulatory obligations.
• Promotional bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the manipulation of bonus conditions, will be voided and the associated account may be terminated.
• Real Money Funds are used before Bonus Funds in all wagers placed through the pkrspi Platform unless the cashier display indicates otherwise.

All casino games available on the pkrspi Platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and instant-win products — are provided by certified third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live physical game processes in the case of live dealer products. pkrspi does not control game outcomes and cannot influence the result of any game.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all certified games are maintained at the levels specified by the game provider and verified through independent audits. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical expectations and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any error affecting the game outcome during a gaming session, pkrspi's standard policy is to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's account. pkrspi's technical team will investigate any disputed game outcome promptly. The decision of pkrspi's technical team is final in matters relating to game outcome disputes.

pkrspi reserves the right to suspend or void a game round, withhold payouts, or take corrective action where it has reasonable grounds to believe that an error has occurred in game software, a game was played in breach of these terms, or the integrity of a game has been compromised.

The pkrspi sports betting section covers a range of sporting events including cricket (PSL, international series, domestic tournaments), football, UFC, and other sports as listed in the Platform's betting interface. The following rules govern all sports betting activity on pkrspi:

• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or modified after placement, except where pkrspi offers a specific cash-out facility on the relevant market.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled without being replayed within a period specified in the individual sport's rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• pkrspi reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or to restrict betting access for any Player, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.
• Void bets — where the event or market is cancelled — will be settled at odds of 1.00 (even money), resulting in the return of the stake amount.
• Any winnings arising from bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering and withdrawal conditions applicable to the bonus promotion under which those funds were credited.

pkrspi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that enable Players to manage their gambling activity in a controlled and informed manner. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no charge, accessible directly from the account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum PKR loss threshold over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. When the limit is reached, further play from Real Money Funds is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time reminders that appear on-screen after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years. During the exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will be suppressed. Requests for self-exclusion are processed promptly and the Player will be notified of activation by email.

pkrspi will not knowingly permit minors (persons under 21 years of age) to register, deposit, or play on the Platform. Players who become aware that a minor has accessed the Platform should contact pkrspi's support team immediately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrspi Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or registering an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using software, automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in gaming or betting activities.
• Colluding with other Players in multiplayer games or betting markets to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in games or betting markets. Where such exploitation is identified, pkrspi reserves the right to void all affected transactions and recover any resulting gains.
• Attempting to circumvent pkrspi's responsible gaming tools, KYC procedures, or anti-fraud systems through any means.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for any purpose associated with money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits without prior agreement with pkrspi's support team. Unauthorised chargebacks will be treated as a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC or verification process.

All intellectual property rights in the pkrspi Platform, including but not limited to the website design, brand name, logo, software, game content, written content, and visual materials, are owned by or licensed to pkrspi. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to Players.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any use of pkrspi's intellectual property for commercial purposes, reproduction, redistribution, or the creation of derivative works without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrspi's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrspi expressly excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether pkrspi was advised of the possibility of such losses.

pkrspi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may affect Platform availability. pkrspi accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

pkrspi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• pkrspi has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account.
• The Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of pkrspi's gaming or betting operations.
• pkrspi is required to do so by its licensing authority or any applicable regulatory or law enforcement body.

A Player may close their account at any time by contacting pkrspi's support team via live chat or by sending a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any Real Money Fund balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the absence of any grounds for withholding funds under these Terms.

pkrspi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address held on their account and/or by notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the terms — may be made without notice.

Continued use of the pkrspi Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. Players who do not accept any revised terms may close their account in accordance with Section 14 above.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkrspi's international gaming license is issued.

Any dispute between pkrspi and a Player that cannot be resolved through pkrspi's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body designated by pkrspi's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in circumstances where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
